I kid you not. The number and scope of subcultures out there never ceases to amaze me. And no, I did not enter. I only enter sweeps I want to win.
Today’s sweeps is sponsored by Woman’s Day. I won’t bore you with the trauma that innocent looking magazine inflicted upon me as a child. (Okay, here's the short version: One too many tragic stories tucked between innocent articles about easy dinners and practical kitchen makeovers. I’ve never been good with surprises.) I’ve had Italy on the brain ever since I watched Ennio Morricone receive his Lifetime Achievement Award at the Oscars on Sunday, with Clint Eastwood translating impeccably into English.
